Care Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill a Deputy Manager role within our children's homes in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will support children with learning disabilities, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality care and support.
Salary Information\
The annual salary for this position is £37,804.62, inclusive of one sleep-in shift per week and benefits such as life assurance and Simply Health cover.
Key Responsibilities\
As a Deputy Manager, your primary duties will involve supporting the Registered Manager in managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring all legal responsibilities are met.
