Adult Care Practitioner

The Care Assistant will be responsible for:
- To deliver high-quality care to residents, including 'hands on' care and emotional support.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to effective teamwork and undertake tasks delegated to you efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment.
- Care certificate or equivalent or a willingness to achieve this in the first 12 months of employment.
- Evidence of good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people.
