Job Title: Technical Specialist in Molecular Biology

This is a remote position in the London/Oxford/Cambridge area at a leading bioreagent manufacturer and related CRO service provider. Both English and Mandarin are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Summarize the company's core technologies and products to deliver targeted technical presentations during exhibitions, seminars, and workshops, and to train our own sales persons and distributors.
  • Support the sales team to conduct customer visits and virtual meetings, providing satisfactory technical support throughout the entire sales process. Combine detailed analysis of customers' needs with the company's capacity to provide customers with the best solutions, guiding them to choose proper products and services.
  • Update product information and training materials in a timely manner and help improve marketing materials.
  • Collect and improve key customers' information and help implement technical promotion and follow-up work of business opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market information, dynamics of competitors and customers, and provide new technical developments in related fields.
Requirements:
  • PhD in molecular biology or protein biochemistry; experience in other biological fields like immunology, oncology, and cell biology is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and independent personality.
  • Interest and sensitivity of new technologies.
