About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Audi Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
- Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
- Managing customer interactions, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
Requirements
We are looking for a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
