Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial and Payroll Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, including processing and reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension regulations.
Responsibilities- Process payroll and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with HMRC and pension providers on a regular basis.
- Support the Finance Director and wider teams in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
- Manage the ledgers for Leeds Kosher Kitchen, including invoicing, payments, and VAT returns.
- Significant experience in payroll management, including HMRC and pension regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR and Payroll systems such as Access HRIS, SAGEPAY, Sage 50, and Xero.
- Accountancy qualification or studying towards (desirable).
