Payroll Clerk - £32,000 + Benefits in North Leeds

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to manage payroll administration for our clients in North Leeds.

About the Role:
  • Collect timesheet data and payroll information from clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter data into payroll and internal programs, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions with precision.
  • Prepare and process payslips, providing clear and concise financial statements.
  • Educate clients on their PAYE and National Insurance liabilities, promoting compliance and transparency.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the full payroll process, including financial regulations and procedures.
  • A working knowledge of Sage 50, with experience in processing payroll journals and financial reports.
  • An organised approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
