About the Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in the kitchen area.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and maintain good relationships.
