Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to our restaurant. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and maintain an inspiring menu, using the best of local and national ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and maintain the menu.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
