Job Overview

CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Performance Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project work, installing new equipment and equipment modifications, to enhance production efficiency.
  2. Providing comprehensive documentation and training to colleagues, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  3. Responding promptly to equipment issues, ensuring timely repairs and clear progress updates to production teams.
  4. Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with external engineers, and recording actions and meeting minutes for complex issues.
  5. Developing and maintaining risk assessments for all equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
  6. Coordinating with contractors, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, and issuing permits to work.
Requirements
  1. Experience in a multi-disciplined role with strong electronics skills.
  2. Educated to a minimum of HNC in electronics, with a solid understanding of electronics principles.
