Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Relationship and Development Manager to join our UK Business Unit. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, developing professionals, and fostering strong relationships with our multicultural workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient and effective management of administrative and developmental tasks with technicians.
- Manage technician utilization and suggest resource allocation and training development to the Integrated Planning and Project Teams.
- Manage annual leave requests and execute disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR Business Partner.
