Building Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager to join our team at City of Birmingham School. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities, including overseeing security, janitorial, and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage security, janitorial, and cleaning services to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of the school site to ensure it remains in good condition.
- Monitor external contractors to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Ensure site security and respond to out-of-hours calls to maintain a secure environment.
- Supervise Assistant Building Supervisors and cleaners to ensure work is completed to specification.
- Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
