Building Surveyor Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Building Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of building surveying services with a focus on technical project delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support business unit directors in delivering business objectives
- Engage with customers and develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships
- Deliver high-quality services and ensure building surveying deliverables meet customer requirements
- Manage and deliver building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects
- Communicate with clients and project team members, providing professional advice and guidance
- Mentor and coach employees to help them realize their full potential
- Prepare bids for services and manage service delivery for profit
We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong background in technical project delivery. You will have a broad understanding of building surveying tasks, construction procurement strategies, and legislation impacting building contracts. You will also have excellent problem-solving, negotiating, and financial management skills.
