Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Think Recruitment. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out building inspections on social housing properties, identifying disrepair and structural issues, and providing recommendations for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building inspections on social housing properties to identify disrepair and structural issues
  • Provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are safe and habitable
  • Work with clients to develop and implement repair and maintenance plans
  • Manage and maintain records of inspections and repairs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification is essential
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role as a Building Surveyor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
