Job Description

The Chief Investment and Development Officer will lead SNG's development of new homes and the regeneration, improvement, or replacement of existing homes and settlements. This role will play a pivotal part in defining strategy and direction for the Development and Asset Management functions, creating an integrated resource that reflects the best of both organisations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large development and strategic asset management functions in an organisation of scale and complexity. They will have demonstrated success in building relationships at the highest level across a range of key stakeholders, fostering innovation and new practice.

This is a hybrid role, based in SNG's Wembley and Basingstoke offices, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing organisation in a development role. The successful candidate will be comfortable networking within and outside of the social housing sector to ensure the development of positive partnerships.
