Higher Level Teaching Assistant Lead

The Education Specialists are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to lead our SEND provision in a fantastic school.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a small team and delivering high-quality provision for children with ASD. They will work closely with the SENDCO, KS1 Lead, and partner teacher to plan and deliver lessons.
The position is for between 3 and 5 days per week, and we are happy to agree working days and hours to suit the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of teaching assistants
- Deliver high-quality provision for children with ASD
- Work closely with the SENDCO and KS1 Lead to plan and deliver lessons
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
