Care Assistant

Are you passionate about delivering quality care and support to people living in their own homes?
Caremark Ltd is recruiting part-time staff to work within the Borough of St Helens, assisting vulnerable adults with daily tasks and promoting their independence.
You will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, providing support with personal care, medication, fluid and nutrition, light domestic tasks, companionship, and accessing the community.
We offer full training on what to expect and how to deal with a variety of situations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients
- Assisting with medication and fluid and nutrition
- Completing light domestic tasks
- Offering companionship and social interaction
- Supporting clients to access the community
We offer excellent rates of pay, enhancements for bank holidays, mileage paid at 40p per mile, and travel time paid at the National Minimum Wage.
As a Care Assistant, you will be part of a strong, friendly, and supportive management team, with access to free counselling, comprehensive induction and training, and opportunities for career advancement.
