Job Summary

LAMDA, a world-class drama school and educational charity, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Data and Admissions Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the admissions process, managing data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, admissions, and enrollment data
  • Process and verify student applications, ensuring compliance with LAMDA's policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the admissions website and other digital platforms

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and management systems, preferably in an educational or administrative setting
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
