About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at QA Limited. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in implementing and coordinating the processing of student applications to our University partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Review and Validation: Review incoming applications and validate applicants' academic records and/or professional experience to ensure accuracy and compliance with partner Universities' guidelines and regulations.
  2. Admissions Procedures: Ensure that admissions procedures are maintained in accordance with QA and partner Universities' guidelines and procedures, and in compliance with partner Universities' Accreditation and UKVI regulations.
  3. CRM System Management: Ensure that the CRM system is consistently updated with detailed and accurate information, maintaining compliance with partner Universities' accrediting bodies and UKVI regulations.
  4. Organizational and Planning Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Implement and review policy and procedures in respect of compliance requirements.
