About the Role:

  • Lead the night team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a high level of service.
  • Ensure all reception and night audit procedures are followed correctly, adhering to company brand standards.
  • Verify accommodation postings and implement backup procedures as necessary.
  • Develop a highly motivated and winning team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prioritize night security and guest safety, maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in overseeing a busy reception or hotel duty management.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Opera, Office 365, and Guest Plus.
  • Excellent leadership, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
