About the Role

CWP is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Mental Health Law team as a Mental Health Law Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for scrutinising legal documentation and accurate recording of MHA activity, requiring a high level of concentration and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload, undertaking all relevant tasks to ensure patients are safeguarded within legislative frameworks.
  • Close liaison with clinical staff and external agencies/organisations, requiring the ability to prioritise workload and good communication skills.
  • Keep updated with caselaw and any legislative changes to ensure advice provided is accurate and in accordance with the MHA Code of Practice.
