Animal Healthcare Professional

Nurse Seekers is currently seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The main purpose-built hospital has a comprehensive range of diagnostic and surgical equipment, including a CT scanner, visiting MRI truck, digital X-ray, endoscopy, laparoscopy, diathermy, a dental suite with dental X-ray, and a fully equipped lab. Dedicated high-sterility theatres are available for orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries, and the hospital has specialized wards for different species, including separate ICU, cat, dog, exotic, and isolation wards.
The practice also offers access to an animal rehabilitation centre and a behaviour team, both based at the main hospital. It is an RCVS-accredited hospital with GP status awarded to its branch practices. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum.
Benefits include 31 holiday days, additional holiday entitlement based on length of service, CPD allowance, RCVS and VDS cover, staff discount scheme, company sick pay, and salary sacrifice scheme. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work a standard 37.5-hour week.
