GLG Vets, a well-established veterinary practice in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Animal Care Specialist to join their team. This role offers a fantastic chance for a dedicated professional to work in a supportive environment with no weekend or bank holiday shifts.

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care for a range of routine surgical and medical cases.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to diagnose and treat animals.
  • Handle sole charge duties confidently when required.
  • Provide exceptional client communication, offering advice and support to pet owners.

Requirements:

  • A qualified and experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is confident in routine surgical and medical cases.
  • Comfortable working in sole charge when necessary.
  • A compassionate and professional approach to patient care and client relationships.
