Join Our Team as a Medical Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide essential support services to our patients and staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care.

About the Position
This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, with rotating shifts and weekends/holidays. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide exceptional patient care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient transportation and documentation
- Perform receptionist duties and clerical tasks as required

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent
- Strong understanding of patient care and safety principles
- Basic medical terminology and computer skills
- ACLS (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.55 based on experience with applicable shift differentials
