Job Summary:
This role involves supporting vulnerable adults in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Support Care Assistant, you'll work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
Your Responsibilities:
Safe patient handling and transfers, administration of medication, meal planning and preparation, and provision of emotional support and companionship are all key aspects of this role. You'll also contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.
