An exceptional care home in the Colchester area is seeking a dedicated Care Home Support Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and be committed to providing high-quality care to residents.

As a key member of the team, the successful applicant will assist with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship. They will also promote independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £22,464 per annum, plus enhanced rates for bank holidays.
