We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Engineering Instructor to join our STEM faculty at Chichester College. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, focusing on Automotive Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions to students, ensuring they meet the required learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a range of teaching resources, including lesson plans, assessments, and course materials.
- Provide individualized support to students, addressing their learning needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and the industry.

Requirements:
- A Level 2 qualification in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- A Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or the ability to work towards this.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Relevant industrial experience in Automotive Engineering, with a strong understanding of the industry's needs and trends.
