We are seeking talented individuals to join our engineering team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, as part of the BMW Group. This internship opportunity will provide you with a unique chance to work on cutting-edge projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Bespoke Electrical Engineering Team is responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our high-end luxury vehicles. As a member of this team, you will be involved in various activities such as harness building, soldering, and working with ECUs/PCBs. Your creativity and enthusiasm will be valuable assets in this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with other engineers on experimental electronics projects.

Alternatively, you may be interested in the Liaison Engineering role, which involves working as the interface between Series Engineering in Munich and Plant Goodwood. In this position, you will lead and coordinate trials of solutions, develop constructive feedback on modules, and track deviations in the process. You will also have the opportunity to analyze and visualize data-driven decisions from production line and internal department data sources.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently studying an undergraduate degree in Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a suitable equivalent, and be on track to achieve a 2:1 grade or higher. You should also have a broad material knowledge, both automotive and high-end products. We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,300, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
