About the Role

Katanox is seeking a skilled KYC and Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing transactions, identifying potential risks, and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess transactions in the context of previous transactions and the client's business purpose.
  • Provide expert advice and support to our clients on identifying areas of risk.
  • Assist with the execution of audits and investigations on KYC issues.
  • Highlight and escalate operational and other risks to management.
  • Remain the company point of contact for all transaction monitoring issues.
  • Build an understanding of the profile of customers highlighted through the transaction monitoring alert process.
  • Review transaction monitoring alerts in line with prescribed procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Preferably Bachelor degree and ACAMS certifications.
  • Knowledge of AML and KYC policies.
