Job Title: Senior Transaction Monitoring Analyst

About the Role

The FS Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our monitoring team, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients from the risk of money laundering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and Assess: Conduct thorough reviews of corporate clients to assess their AML and fraud risk, ensuring strict adherence to our firm's KYC policies and procedures.
  2. Transaction Monitoring: Monitor client transactions in line with our Monitoring Policy, identifying and reporting any suspicious activity.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct client sample testing in line with defined programs, ensuring compliance alerts are cleared in a timely fashion.
  4. System Mastery: Master various compliance platforms and systems to streamline department workflow, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to RFI requests, responding to queries from various business units promptly and efficiently.
