Senior KYC Expert

We are the consulting division of Davies, accelerating business, technology and people performance across financial services including banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, and other highly regulated industries.

Our Banking & Markets practice delivers transformative change for our clients by drawing on our specialist knowledge and extensive industry experience. We design target operating models, create risk-based management dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KYC analysis, with experience in the banking or financial sector. They will be responsible for ensuring that the transfer agency adheres to KYC regulations, which require financial institutions to verify the identity of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KYC Compliance: Establish protocols for collecting and maintaining customer identification information, assessing risk levels, and implementing measures to prevent fraud and money laundering.
  • Defining Processes: Outline steps for customer onboarding, transaction processing, and dividend distribution, ensuring that the KYC process is integrated into these processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulations affecting transfer agencies and KYC requirements, ensuring that our processes meet legal standards.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials that emphasize the importance of KYC and compliance, enabling employees to understand their roles in maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the transfer process, especially related to KYC, and recommend mitigation strategies.
