About the Job

Responsibilities
  • Assess individual needs and develop care plans that promote wellbeing and independence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Produce high-quality reports and records in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in social work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working arrangement.
  • PVG membership required prior to appointment.
What We Offer

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £43,617 - £45,862 per year and hybrid working arrangements. Relevant training will be provided to support your success in this role.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £44,239 per year based on experience.
