Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Gilbert Meher. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by acquiring new members for our premium care services across a portfolio of luxury locations.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to promote the Home and events, highlighting the benefits of our luxury care services. You will also collaborate with local businesses to arrange networking events, further increasing brand visibility. Based in Surrey, UK, this role offers a competitive salary of £65k per annum, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to £100k per annum.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in membership property or customer service roles, with excellent presentation and verbal communication skills. A dynamic and proactive approach, combined with a natural inclination for positivity, teamwork, and collaboration, are essential qualities for success in this role.
