We're looking for an ambitious Store Manager to run their own café in Newmarket. As a successful candidate, you'll take ownership of your store, driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our high standards of quality and service.

About the Job:
  • This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per year.
  • You'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • As a Store Manager, you'll also be expected to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while ensuring excellent customer service and employee engagement.
