Job Description:

As a Café Retail Director, you will develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality products. This includes managing store staff, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and maintain high-quality products.
  • Manage store staff and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
