About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic nurse leader to join our team as a Ward Shift Leader. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
