About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality mental health services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality mental health services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service user outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and develop clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in secondary mental health
  • Postgraduate diploma/degree-level study related to health/social care or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing a team and developing clinical strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
