Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a care home environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of health and social care policies and procedures
