Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Team at CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people towards a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of residential care staff to provide high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Work closely with our therapy and education teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent.
  • Experience of working within and leading a team.
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours).
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends).
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system.
