Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at SIG Roofing, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in supporting our regional sales management team with sales administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales management team with sales administration tasks, including data entry, order processing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.
  • Regularly engage with our external sales force, following up on sales quotes and leads in a timely manner.
  • Record activity and utilize internal systems accurately.

Requirements:

  • Previous internal sales support experience, with a focus on sales order processing and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good data accuracy and attention to detail, with a high level of numeracy and IT skills.
