As a Senior HSE Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategy across the division. Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Director, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing comprehensive HSE strategies while leading continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with global group standards.
  2. Serve as a hands-on leader, identifying areas for immediate impact and long-term goals.
  3. Promote cultural change by emphasizing HSE and compliance.
  4. Lead initiatives on traffic management and vehicle safety.
  5. Provide coaching, management, and development opportunities for operational stakeholders.
  6. Regularly conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and drive preventative measures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Have experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
  3. Proven track record in implementing and advancing HSE initiatives.
  4. Experience in managing cultural change and maintenance of management systems like ISO14001, ISO 45001.
  5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage at various levels.
  6. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Package Details

£72,000 - £75,000 per year, bonus, company car or allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
