Job Title: Executive Chef

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team and create high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff in the Head Chef's absence
  • Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes
  • Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment
  • Work within budget and complete regular audits
  • Manage stock control and assist in leading and motivating a kitchen team

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
  • Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP principles
  • Able to work with fresh seasonal food
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment

Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum, depending on experience
