Executive Chef

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Beefeater in Cramlington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and serving of our high-quality meals.
About the Role:
- Lead the Kitchen Team: Manage and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise and exceed customer expectations.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize kitchen operations to ensure seamless service, minimize waste, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior chefs to help them grow and develop their skills.
