Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Caterplus. As a critical member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, maintaining a clean and well-presented kitchen and service area, and providing a warm and friendly service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals to meet the needs of our customers
- Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen and service area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and ensure they are executed to the highest standard
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the care sector
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality meals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
