Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at Caterplus. As a critical member of our team, you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-presented, and well-stocked kitchen and service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Menu Management: Stay up-to-date with menus and food offerings, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.

Working Pattern

This role requires working 3 days out of 7, with 18 hours per week.

  • Passion for Food: Possess a genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Customer Focus: Be focused on providing excellent customer service, with a strong emphasis on front-line interaction.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team spirit, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Catering Experience: Possess previous experience in a catering environment, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.
