About the Role:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facility operations with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track facility-related expenses and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
