We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Derian House Children's Hospice. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to babies, children, and young adults with life-limiting conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Provide safe and effective care, adhering to our operating procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the safeguarding of children and young adults, ensuring best practice and reporting any concerns
- Registered Nurse (Child) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in paediatric nursing, with a proven track record of competency
- Community nursing experience and palliative care qualification desirable
