We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Specialist to contribute to the success of ELP Consult Ltd.’s automotive technology team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts, including setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and configuring access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement, improve, and support new technologies and upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues and best practices.
  • Assist with IT-related projects as needed.

Requirements
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of IT work experience, preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and SAP will be highly beneficial.
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and common business software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users of varying technical expertise.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) is a plus.
