Automation Systems Integration Specialist

Our team provides technical support and field coordination for control system projects and service teams. As a key member, you'll listen, take direction, and seek guidance from project leads, supervisors, and company leadership. You'll travel to client locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs of control systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate in Applied Science or Associate in Science in Engineering Technology, Computer Information Systems Technology, or relevant experience. You'll lead and assist in project installation, start-up, and commissioning of control systems, demonstrating an intermediate understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications. You'll practice procedures outlined in our Quality Management System (QMS) and seek accredited control systems certifications and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the scope of work assigned to you and communicate issues to the assigned project lead when needed.
  • Direct and oversee junior or subordinate staff members regarding construction, operations, and/or maintenance tasks and assignments at a project site.
  • Participate in management and leadership training.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Spend up to 100% of your time at customer locations with overnight travel up to 60%.
