Care Services Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team, providing safeguarding services to vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of children at risk, undertaking visits and assessments to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement safety plans for vulnerable children
- Conduct Section 17 Single Assessments and Section 47 Enquiries
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Hold a professional social work qualification and active registration with Social Work England
- Have excellent written skills and experience writing reports for courts
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on location)
