Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor to join our Data Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the largest banks in the world, driving the growth of our industry-recognised, award-winning Data Practice.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data management and advisory projects, collaborating with clients to develop innovative data strategies, and mentoring junior team members. You will have the opportunity to work on engaging projects that transform the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data management and advisory projects from inception to delivery, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies that drive business outcomes, including digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on data strategy, data management, and data analytics principles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering value through expert advice and guidance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in data consulting, preferably in a senior management or director position.
  • Extensive experience partnering with financial institutions to shape and operationalize data strategies at an Enterprise-level in an advisory capacity.
  • A deep understanding of data strategy, data management, and data analytics principles, as well as one or more common data management methodologies and capability models.
  • Experience defining and delivering responses to regulations, such as BCBS 239, CCAR, and Solvency II, at both Group and Divisional levels in financial institutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, managing conflicting priorities and building lasting relationships.
  • Background managing business and technical teams to deliver projects of varying sizes, from incubating innovative products to delivering large-scale transformations.
